Investa has been awarded the number one spot in the AFR Boss Best Places to Work list this week, in the Property, Construction and Transport category.

The prestigious list recognises organisations across Australia and New Zealand that are pioneering new ways of working and pushing the boundaries when it comes to workplace policies and practices.

CEO Jonathan Callaghan said it was particularly significant to receive this recognition following a challenging year in 2020.

Announced yesterday via a virtual ceremony, the AFR Boss Best Places to Work lists are underpinned by rigorous, scientifically proven methodology, provided by leading behavioural science consultancy, Inventium.

Amongst the achievements Investa recorded in the past 12 months were promotions, transfers or secondments for 25% of its workforce, an impressive Employee Net Promoter Score of 96% and a 12 per cent improvement in engagement scores relating to quality of manager feedback and development conversations in a 12-month period. 

This is one of a number of recognitions for Investa in recent times. Investa was awarded the title of Employer of Choice in The Australian Business Awards, and was also announced as an Employer of Choice for Gender Equality by the Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WGEA) in 2020.
