The 2025 NSW Architecture Awards celebrate innovation, sustainability and the power of place. We are absolutely delighted to have received accolades for two of our projects:

  • 39 Martin Place, designed by Tzannes, won the Sir Arthur G Stephenson Award for Commercial Architecture; and
  • Indi Sydney, designed by Bates Smart, was recognised with an Award in the Residential Architecture – Multiple Housing category.

Both projects sit atop the new city-shaping, Sydney Metro City Stations infrastructure and we congratulate Sydney Metro for receiving the NSW Architecture Medallion and the Lloyd Rees Award for Urban Design for the Sydney Metro City Stations project.
