Sixty Martin Place | Celebrating Investa's 25 years

As part of celebrating our 25th birthday this year, we are having a look at some of the buildings that have made their mark on Sydney. Sixty Martin Place – often referred to as ‘design done well’ – commands attention.

Sixty Martin Place is the longest held real estate in our portfolio, acquired as part of the original Westpac Property Trust from which Investa was born in 2000.

The building was completely redeveloped in 2019 by Hassell where its curved façade was designed to provide breathing room to St Stephen’s Church next door. Sixty Martin Place blends seamlessly with other heritage buildings on Macquarie Street and provides generous public space on Martin Place.

Its iconic design is now part of the fabric of Sydney CBD’s skyline and for those who work, shop, dine and just enjoy the generous lobby and art, it’s a beautiful building.
