Thomas Fleming joins Investa

We’re pleased to announce Thomas Fleming has joined Investa as Fund Manager – Living.

In his new role, Thomas will oversee our Living Sector, which includes ~1,645 purpose-built apartments under the Indi Build to Rent (BTR) platform and our Studio Living project at 140 Elizabeth Street, Sydney.

Previously, Thomas was Director at BlackRock. Based in the UK, he led the UK and Ireland Value Add real estate team, originating and managing investments across various Living strategies, including BTR, studio living, student accommodation and senior housing, as well as logistics and hospitality.

Adam Crowe says: “Tom’s appointment is a valuable addition to our platform, and we are excited to add his expertise to Investa’s Living Sector.”
