Investa named a Family Inclusive Workplace

Investa is delighted to announce that the company has been certified for the third time as a Family Inclusive Workplace by Family Friendly Workplaces, an accolade proudly held since 2021.

As one of the 144 organisations certified this year, Investa are proud to facilitate a range of programs designed to help their team balance their caring and professional responsibilities. These initiatives include the annual ‘Bring Your Kids to Work Day’, their partnership with Genea Fertility, and the Investa Parents Network. The company's family-friendly policies encompass flexible work arrangements, parental leave, and family and domestic violence support – all aimed at supporting their employees and every kind of family.
