IGO has maintained 100% green debt which has been in place since 2022 with the refinancing of a Syndicated Debt Facility, certified by the Climate Bonds Initiative (CBI). Aligning the portfolio’s environmental performance to the Climate Bonds Initiative (CBI) emissions threshold, which requires the portfolio to perform in the top 15% in their relative city in carbon intensity.
IGO continues to achieve 100% net zero scope 1 and 2 emissions in its core managed buildings, since FY24. IGO buildings third party sustainability ratings (at 30 June 2025), include:
