At Investa, everyone has an equal voice and is encouraged to use it. We listen to all opinions with an open mind and aim to ensure all our employees feel heard and supported. The different experiences and perspectives we all bring to work help us make better strategic decisions – because they help us understand the diverse needs of our investors and customers.
We celebrate our different backgrounds, interests, responsibilities and working styles in a range of meaningful ways. Creating an inclusive culture doesn’t happen by chance: we proactively ensure everyone is supported and given the opportunities and environment they need to flourish.
We want everyone to thrive at work – and that means working the way that fits in with your needs and your family. That’s why we offer a range of flexible working options and a generous parental leave policy to actively support parents and carers.

Investa is one of only 119 organisations across Australia to be recognised by the Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WGEA).
This recognition was a result of an in-depth assessment process, looking at a range of criteria including:
We believe gender equality doesn’t just come from the top. Our employees are strongly engaged in our diversity and inclusion initiatives, creating a culture of ownership and shared accountability for progress.
In 2023, we were awarded Bronze (Small Employer) certification for the Australian LGBTQ Inclusion Awards AWEI, in recognition of our ongoing commitment to LGBTQ inclusion at work.
The Australian Workplace Equality Index (AWEI) is Australia’s national benchmarking instrument for LGBTQ inclusion within workplaces. Recognition is based on rigorous assessment, which requires employers to answer a series of very specific questions relating to areas that directly impact inclusion – and submit supporting evidence.
In 2021 we received our first certification for being a Family Inclusive Workplace from Family Friendly Workplaces. In 2023 we received our second certification recognising our continuing efforts to provide a supportive and inclusive environment where our people can thrive in both their personal and working lives.
