All Investa employees are eligible to request flexible working arrangements, including:

  •   Flexible start and finish times
  •   Compressed working weeks
  •   Time off in lieu
  •   Summer hours.

Our parental leave policy is available to all employees, regardless of gender identity or sexual orientation, and includes:

  •   16 weeks paid leave
  •   Super paid while on unpaid parental leave
  •   Foster parent and grandparent leave
  •   Childcare assistance as part of return to work benefits.
