We create exceptional places, experiences and communities for our customers. Innovative and award-winning spaces that shape our future cities – and are kind to the environment.
For more than two decades, Investa has led the way in making positive change in Australia’s workplaces – from setting new standards in environmental, social and governance (ESG) benchmarks, to embedding new technology and data solutions into the way we do business.
As a real estate investment manager, developer and industry innovator, Investa acquires, develops and manages real estate assets on behalf of our partners. We harness the full potential of our expertise and agility to create exceptional experiences across varied asset classes.
Investa designs buildings and communities for the way people work and live today – and the way we want to work and live in the future.
As we look to the future, we will harness the full potential of our expertise, to diversify into new asset classes and services for our customers and partners.
We aspire to create a net-positive business that delivers sustainable real estate asset performance, with tangible human benefit.
So, we work differently. By putting people at the heart of our decision making and harnessing our capabilities and agility, we deliver better returns for our partners, and superior outcomes for our people, customers and the community.
When we work together, anything is possible.
Be open and ethical in every decision and transaction.
Set the bar higher every time and commit to exceeding expectations.
Challenge the status quo with a creative approach to everything we do.
We are committed to extending further.
Assets under management (as at 30 September 2023)
Our leadership team draws on diverse experience and capabilities to ensure our people thrive and our business outperforms. But for us, leadership is more than simply managing our people and investments.
Together, we capitalise on opportunities and reduce risks, inside and outside the business. We embed sustainable business practices and innovative operations, along with services that strive to consistently raise the bar in our market. We also commit to transparency and active risk management, whether we’re dealing with tenants, investors, customers or our people.
This is how we’ll achieve our bold ambition: to be at the leading edge of every real estate asset class we choose to invest and operate in.
Representing the interests of our owners and investors, our board members are responsible for governance, and business and fund performance.
Ensuring our day-to-day business operations are in line with our strategy, goals and vision, our senior executive team manage the capabilities that set Investa apart - including our corporate services, investment management, and real estate and development management services.
