We have partnered with The Salvation Army to develop a Studio Living project at 140 Elizabeth Street, Sydney.
The $230 million project marks our first venture into the Studio Living sector, building on our successful Build to Rent (BTR) initiatives under the Indi platform. With this addition, our Living Sector portfolio expands to over 1,600 purpose-built apartments.
Subject to planning consent, construction is anticipated to commence in 2027, with the asset expected to be operational in late 2029.

What is Studio Living?
Studio Living offers an alternative to traditional renting. Residents are provided with their own fully furnished, self-contained studio apartment, complemented by access to community-focused shared amenity, including co-working spaces, indoor entertainment and dining areas, and outdoor terraces.
Similar to adjacent sectors (Build to Rent and Purpose-Built Student Accommodation), our Studio Living apartments will be professionally managed by experienced operators, providing residents with high-quality service, a secure environment and a seamless living experience.
