Our board members have overall responsibility for governance and business performance, as well as portfolio and fund performance. With a diverse range of experience in corporate and non-profit sectors, across business, accounting and financial management, they are well placed to represent the interests of our owners and investors.
Our IMH board oversees strategy, governance, operations, risk and compliance of the management platform.
Rebecca was endorsed as Chairman of Investa Wholesale Funds Management Limited, Investa Management and ICPF Holdings in September 2022. Prior to her appointment as Chairman, Rebecca was a Non-Executive Director, appointed in October 2018.
An internationally experienced business leader, Rebecca is a Non-Executive Director with the following ASX listed companies: Macquarie Group and Macquarie Bank, OZ Minerals Ltd (where she is Chairman) and Goodman Group. She is also Independent Chairman of Scania Australia (retiring Q1 23).
Rebecca is also involved in the not-for-profit sector. She is a member of Chief Executive Women and a member of the Australian British Chamber of Commerce Advisory Council.
Rebecca is a member of the Australian Securities & Investments Commission (ASIC) Director Consultative Panel, she is the Victorian Council President of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a member of the national board.
Prior to her non-executive career, Rebecca spent 23 years as an executive in the energy industry.
Rebecca holds the degrees of Bachelor of Town Planning (Hons) and Master of Applied Science (Project Management). She has attended executive management programs at Harvard Business School, Cambridge University and Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Boston. She is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Jennifer Lambert is an experienced company director with extensive business and leadership experience at the senior executive and board level across a range of sectors, and of listed, non-listed and not-for-profit organisations.
Jennifer currently serves as Non-Executive Director on the boards of BlueScope Steel Limited, NextDC Limited, REA Group Limited and Shore School. She is Chairman of the BlueScope Audit Committee, the NextDC Audit and Risk Committee, the REA Group Audit, Risk and Compliance Committee.
Jennifer’s early career was at PwC where she worked for more than 10 years on audit, acquisitions, disposals and capital raisings across a range of industries including insurance, retail, real estate and buildings materials. Jennifer has spent the majority of her career in the real estate funds management industry as the CFO at Valad and then 151 Property.
Jennifer is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CAANZ) and is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD), where she is a member of the Reporting Committee.
Graham has spent over 40 years in the commercial real estate industry in Australia and the United Kingdom, with 20 years directly involved in the funds management of unlisted real estate funds. His experience includes funds management, capital raising, asset management, investment sales, valuation and leasing across all commercial property sectors.
Graham is a Non-Executive Director at M3 Property, an Independent Member of the Wingate Direct Property Investment Committee, an External Member of the Board Property Committee at Southern Cross Care NSW & ACT and a consultant for NorthWest Healthcare Properties REIT. He was previously an independent member of the Lend Lease APPF Commercial and Industrial Investor Review Committees and recently advised an investor group in negotiations with Mirvac to replace the trustee and manager of the AMP Wholesale Office Fund.
Previously, Graham spent 12 years at Dexus, where he was responsible for its $13bn property funds management and was the fund manager of the $8bn Dexus Wholesale Property Fund. Prior to that Graham held senior funds management roles at Colonial First State Property and Lend Lease Real Estate Investments.
Graham is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He holds a Graduate Diploma in Property Investment and Finance together with a degree in Land Economy from Cambridge University.
Alessandro Fiascaris is Head of Asia-Pacific, Oxford Properties, a leading global real estate investor, asset manager and business builder.
Alessandro sits on Oxford’s Investment Committee and leads a team responsible for investments in Asia-Pacific.
Prior to joining Oxford, Alessandro worked at Blackstone for more than fifteen years in Singapore, Hong Kong and London.
Alessandro holds a BA Mathematics from Cambridge University and an MBA from Stanford University. He currently lives in Singapore.
Paul is a global senior commercial real estate executive based in London, United Kingdom and Toronto, Canada; and is a Senior Advisor and Non-Executive Director for a number of organisations around the world.
Paul is currently a Senior Advisor to Oxford Properties’ DOOR/Get Living Build to Rent business in the UK, Director of Investa Management in Australia and a champion of diversity and inclusion through multiple mentoring and leadership development roles.
Paul spent over 23 years leading the European and Asia-Pacific teams at Oxford Properties – a division of Canadian Pension Fund, OMERS, overseeing all aspects of strategy, execution and expansion into global gateway cities within these two regions. Prior to opening Oxford’s London office in 2008, he led asset management and operations of Oxford’s 50-million sq ft Canadian portfolio, and held a senior leadership position at PPM Real Estate Management (The Prudential Assurance Company) after starting his career at PWC.
Paul holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Economics and Geography from the University of Toronto, Masters of Arts in Urban and Regional Analysis from State University of New York and participated in the Diploma Program in Urban Land Economics at the University of British Columbia. He is a Fellow of RICS, former President and board member of the British Property Federation and member of the Bank of England Commercial Property Advisory Committee.

As Chief Executive Officer at Investa, Peter is responsible for the overall strategic direction and leadership of the group.
Peter has broad property, funds management and finance experience gained during his many years in the industry. Prior to joining Investa, Peter held senior roles with AMP Capital Investors and BDO Corporate Finance.
Prior to being appointed CEO, Peter held the position of Chief Investment Officer, where he was responsible for optimising investment performance and identifying and implementing strategic group initiatives. Prior to this, Peter was Fund Manager of Investa Commercial Property Fund (ICPF).
Peter also managed capital relationships, oversaw capital transactions, research and commercial developments, and provided investment support to all clients.
Peter has a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) and is a Certified Practising Accountant and a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (ICAA). He has a Diploma of Applied Finance & Investment from the Financial Services Institute of Australia (FINSIA). Peter is a member of the Property Council of Australia’s Champions of Change Coalition.
Merran joined Investa in November 2021 and has more than 20 years’ experience in real estate and finance and investment banking.
Previously, Merran held the position of Chief Financial Officer at AMP Capital Real Estate, Merran oversaw the Finance and Risk functions for the ~$28 billion portfolio of assets in the Asia Pacific region. In addition to financial responsibility, Merran drove the global strategy, business planning and strategic partnerships for the real estate business.
Merran has also held various real estate and corporate advisory roles, including eight years at UBS in the Investment Banking division where she led several merger and acquisition transactions, and six years at KPMG in Transaction Services, specialising in financial due diligence.
Merran has a Bachelor of Commerce with a major in finance and accounting and a minor in law. She is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia and a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
In her role as the Chief Operating Officer, Real Estate, Sally is responsible for the Real Estate Operations and Services teams. Sally’s teams include the full suite of Property Management, Capital Projects, Building Technology and the ESG and Safety functions across the platform.
Sally has over 24 years’ experience in the commercial property industry and prior to joining Investa in 2007, was Fund Manager for the MacarthurCook Office Property Trust. Prior to this, Sally held the positions of National Strategy and Planning Manager at Telstra, Property Consultant at Urbis and was a valuer at CBRE.
Sally has recently completed a Master of International Finance and also has a Bachelor of Business Degree (Property), an Estate Agents Licence (Victoria and Queensland) and has practiced as a qualified AAPI valuer.
Amy was appointed Group Executive, Head of Corporate Operations at Investa in July 2021. She provides strategic oversight of the business’ Information Technology, Marketing Communications, Innovation and People & Culture functions. Amy is responsible for helping the business to define its unique corporate identity then bringing this to life through employee experience, brand and culture.
Amy joined Investa in October 2016 as General Manager, People & Culture. Amy has more than 18 years’ experience working in roles spanning human resources, business transformation and organisational psychology. With nearly 15 years’ exposure to the property sector, Amy has extensive experience across leadership, organisational development, succession planning, diversity and inclusion, learning and employee engagement.
Prior to joining Investa, Amy spent nearly 10 years at The GPT Group, holding a series of senior human resources and business transformation roles, including specialist positions in remuneration and change management. She has also held human resource consulting roles in executive development and psychological assessment.
Amy holds dual qualifications in business and psychology, with a Master of Business Administration, Masters of Organisational Psychology and Bachelor of Psychology (Hons).
Mark is Group Executive and Head of Developments for Investa, specialising in complex large-scale developments. With more than 20 years’ experience, Mark has worked on a number of Investa’s major development assets across the commercial property and build to rent portfolios and leads the team on new development opportunities.
Mark specialises in the successful delivery of major projects involving multiple stakeholders including owners, construction and design teams, clients, tenants and authorities.
Mark’s leadership extends across national projects and recently completed projects including the PCA award-winning Sixty Martin Place, Sydney and Barrack Place, Sydney.
Prior to joining Investa in 2009, Mark worked for Citta Property Group as the Development and Construction Manager where he was responsible for the delivery of the 2006 Commonwealth Games Village (Parkville, Victoria). Prior to Citta, Mark worked at Lendlease.
Mark holds a Civil Engineering Honours Degree and a Masters of Property Development. Mark is a Green Star accredited professional and sits on the University of NSW’s Arts, Design and Architecture advisory board.
In her role as the Chief Legal & Risk Officer, Lesley is responsible for the legal, governance, risk and compliance functions of the business.
Lesley has over 15 years’ experience in funds and investment management across a number of asset classes.
Lesley joined Investa in 2022 as Senior Legal Counsel where she was a trusted partner across all aspects of the real estate business. Most recently, Lesley expanded her role to include Corporate Transformation Director at Investa leading various business improvement projects.
Prior to joining Investa, Lesley was Senior Legal Counsel at AMP Capital for over ten years. During her time with AMP Capital, Lesley advised on funds structuring and management, strategic transactions, joint ventures, corporate restructuring and governance. Lesley commenced her legal career at top tier law firm Herbert Smith Freehills.
Lesley has a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance)/Law from the University of New South Wales.
