Investa this week launched a new range of Fast Start Fit-out Services aimed at streamlining the fit-out process for their tenants.

The services will support the tenant throughout their fit-out journey by providing access to the right information and expertise to help them manage their new workplace fit-out, adding value for tenants who don’t have their own consultant team or in-house expertise in fit-out co-ordination.

We deal with workplace fit-outs every day, so it makes perfect sense for us to leverage our knowledge and networks to make fit-outs easier and more streamlined for our tenants.

We believe by providing these services, we can guide our tenants thorough this process, helping them achieve a great outcome.”

To ensure our tenants have a great experience and feel well supported when relocating to an Investa building, these services aim to provide the right information and services upfront, so the process of delivering the tenant’s desired fit-out is as seamless and enjoyable as possible.”

The new fit-out services offer varying levels of support, depending on the tenant’s preferences;

1. Pick-and-Mix Supplier Network: Tenants have access to a vetted selection of Australia’s leading fit-out consultants and suppliers, hand-picked for their expertise and knowledge of Investa buildings and fit-out guidelines. From designers to builders, services engineers and project managers, tenants can select, assess and negotiate direct with the network, on their own terms.

2. Custom Fit-out Co-ordination Service: Tenants can benefit from the support of a dedicated Tenancy Fit-out Co-ordinator who will work with tenants from design through to completion, keeping the program on track and helping to co-ordinate the consultant team, documentation and approvals.

3. Designed For You Fit-outs: Developed to accelerate the fit-out process and minimise upfront uncertainty, Designed For You Fit-out packages are for tenants seeking a simple, one-stop fit-out solution that requires minimal rounds of design and review, while still allowing scope for customisation. These pre-approved designs will allow tenants to be up and running far quicker than via a traditional fit out process and will be released in selected buildings in 2019.

Earlier this year, Investa released its new Performance Lease, which was first in market to achieve the BBP Leasing Standard Gold rating. The Performance Lease is part of a comprehensive suite of information Investa has developed for tenants, including the Tenant Information Manual and the Investa Tenant Sustainability Toolkit. The toolkit provides extensive information on how tenants can create a low carbon fit-out, commencing early in the design phase, right through to the construction and operation of their new workplace. Fast Start Fit-out services will be delivered taking these guidelines into account.
