Indi Footscray reaches Practical Completion

Icon has reached Practical Completion at Indi Footscray, marking a major milestone for Investa and its Build to Rent (BTR) platform, Indi.

Indi Footscray is the third BTR residence under the Indi platform by Investa and Oxford Properties Group and will bring 702 purpose-built rental apartments to Melbourne’s inner west. The development comprises three distinctive buildings designed by SJB, contributing a new benchmark for renter focused living in the Footscray community.

The achievement of Practical Completion reflects the strength of collaboration across the project team, including delivery, design and consultant partners.
