Occupants will be able to enjoy the new space in the coming months, with construction expected to be complete by April 2026 – ahead of a rare opportunity to lease upcoming office space at the prestigious address.

Balmain selects new headquarters to reflect growth
Balmain, a privately owned and operated, Australian private credit organisation, has chosen Level 11 at 126 Phillip Street, Sydney as its new Australian headquarters – a strategic move aligned with the company’s growth, and focus on fostering a collaborative customer led culture.
