Eighty-five percent of Aussie dog owners would go into the office more if they could take their furry friends1, driving Investa’s King + Kent commercial office building to become dog friendly.
Backed by strong support from King + Kent tenants, the initiative has already attracted eight dogs to the building.
The introduction of dog friendly policies at King + Kent is just one of the benefits the building has introduced to its community. Its wellness hub, Kinetic, is a dedicated space for wellness classes such as yoga and Pilates as well as providing quiet room facilities for prayer and meditation to energise the body and soul.
King + Kent’s is enjoying strong leasing momentum off the back of its repositioning, with more than 8,400sqm leased over recent months.
Johanna Watson, General Manager at Investa said: “Off the back of a significant capital works program and the investment in Kinetic, our wellness and recreation space, King + Kent’s repositioning is clearly resonating with the market.
“It’s exciting to see the diverse mix of tenants calling King + Kent home and the positive reaction to the investment made in upgrades and improved amenity.
“Our dog friendly policy is creating another strong building attribute that supports King + Kent’s focus on wellness, lifestyle and community.”
Located at 347 Kent Street, Sydney, King + Kent is an A-grade commercial building designed by Woods Bagot. The ~26,500sqm building is also home to Athena Home Loans and Asahi.
