140 Elizabeth Street, Sydney receives DA Approval

Artist impression of 140 Elizabeth Street, Sydney facade

Investa has reached an important step in bringing our first Studio Living project to life, with Development Application (DA) approval received today from the Central Sydney Planning Committee.

Located in the heart of the city, 140 Elizabeth Street, Sydney will deliver 251 fully furnished, self-contained studio apartments. Residents will also enjoy generous shared spaces, including coworking areas, indoor entertainment areas, shared dining zones and outdoor terraces.

Importantly, the building’s legacy continues, with new ground and first floor spaces for The Salvation Army.

Together with our capital partners, JR West Real Estate & Development Company (JR West) and Sotetsu Real Estate Co., Ltd (Sotetsu) and Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank (SMTB), we’re excited to move into the next phase and begin construction.

The project is targeting completion in 2029.
