The recent $8 million foyer refurbishment at 201 Kent Street, Sydney, established the building as a leading, contemporary, workplace option, in the Sydney CBD’s thriving western corridor. With the vision of creating a more connected, visible space, where both tenants and visitors could meet and collaborate, a 5-metre-high celling void was opened up to significantly raise the height of the space and high-end, contemporary finishes such as travertine, granite and American oak were used throughout, to create an inviting, activated space. New cafe Back Row West is located on the ground floor and contemporary co-working space, Work Club is set to open shortly. In addition to this, Investa has generated a better experience for our occupants and visitors with new escalators, providing better access in and out of the building.
