1 Market Street is undergoing a transformation to signify the next phase of the building lifecycle. The management team have made significant strides in the progress of on-floor upgrades, lift enhancements and developing all new state-of-the-art end-of-trip facilities that will enable its occupants to thrive.
 
The first-class end-of-trip facilities include contemporary bathrooms with showers, towel service, electronic lockers, hair-drying and ironing capabilities and smart TVs. The space can also now house up to 64 bikes with a number of single and double racks to provide the end user with more options with project completion estimated for July 2018.
 
Adopting a sustainably-minded focus, the project’s footprint has been minimised where possible by implementing recycled and natural materials to help maintain the building’s 4.5 NABERS energy rating. Greenery and circadian lighting have been introduced to the space, adding a layer of tranquillity and subtly enhancing workplace wellness.
 
1 Market Street is ideally placed amongst the thriving Sydney CBD precinct and the new end-of-trip facilities connect its current occupants with the surrounding amenities to create a more engaging worklife balance. The upgrade also serves as a main attraction for potential new tenants to be part of a space that has embraced and encourages contemporary work balance and lifestyle.
