Grounded in Country, growing together

Investa’s 10-year First Nations strategy

A long-term commitment to embedding First Nations perspectives across our business, partnerships and the places we create.

A strategy grounded in partnership

Grounded in Country, growing together was developed in partnership with an independent First Nations Reference Group, bringing together diverse perspectives, knowledge and lived experience to help shape a meaningful path forward.

The strategy reflects our commitment to place-based reconciliation and outlines how we will contribute to economic, cultural and social outcomes through the built environment over the next decade.

Why this matters

As creators and custodians of places, we recognise the importance of understanding, respecting and reflecting the stories, cultures and continuing connection of First Nations peoples to Country.

This strategy provides a framework for how we will listen, learn and work together to create meaningful impact through our projects, partnerships, procurement and people.
