ICPF and IGO achieve 5-star GRESB ratings
Guided by Investa's purpose to welcome the world to better places, the Investa Commercial Property Fund (ICPF) and Investa Gateway Office (IGO) have each received a 5-star rating in the 2026 GRESB Real Estate Assessment, placing them in the top 20 per cent of participating entities globally.
ICPF was also named a Global and Regional Sector Leader in the GRESB Development Benchmark, achieving a perfect Development score of 100 out of 100 and ranking equal first globally. The result is a significant six-point improvement on its Development score since last year.
The results recognise the funds’ continued focus on sustainability, resilience and responsible investment, and their commitment to delivering long-term value for investors, customers and communities.
