We are delighted to announce the jointly owned Sixty Martin Place by Investa Commercial Property Fund (ICPF) and Gwynvill has been named as the winner of the 2021 Rider Levett Bucknall NSW State Development of the Year.

The recognition was announced by the Property Council of Australia yesterday as part of their ‘State winners’ week,’ ahead of this year’s Innovation & Excellence Awards to be held on 13 August.

The Rider Levett Bucknall NSW State Development of the Year Award celebrates the innovative and sustainable features of Sixty Martin Place, setting a new benchmark for design and cutting edge-technology.

The striking 33-storey building holds a front row seat to the city skyline, with unparalleled city, Sydney Harbour and park views from almost all levels.

“This is really exciting news for all parties involved,” said Mark Tait, Group Executive, Head of Developments at Investa.

“Key to the project’s success was a culture of collaboration and trust, and the unwavering belief and development vision of co-owners; ICPF and Gwynvill.

“This award is testament to the hard work of many different individuals across both organisations. It’s a recognition by the industry of our ability to consistently deliver market leading commercial office developments in Australia, and follows on the heels of last year’s success when Barrack Place won across four categories, including the coveted title of National Development of the Year.

It joins a growing list of recognitions received by Sixty Martin Place since it opened its doors in Q4, 2019.
