Last Friday, the 23rd March, Investa Office Fund (IOF) unveiled the extensive foyer refurbishment at its A grade, 24 level building at 111 Pacific Highway, North Sydney. Guests from all tenancies and other Investa personnel gathered for a complimentary lunch to celebrate the upgrade that has been well received, with the design completed by Gray Puksand.
The total refurbishment included the installation of a revolving door, a revamped layout that allows more cohesion and flexibility to utilise the space and overall, the creation of a modern, light-filled and aesthetically pleasing main entrance to the building.
Ryan Juhas, General Manager, Investa said: “The improvements to the building benefit tenants and visitors alike. We listened to what the market was telling us and are delighted with the result. The foyer at 111 Pacific Highway is now somewhere for our building community to elevate their work life, functioning as a space to catch-up or collaborate or just a place to take some time out from a busy daily schedule.”
"This addition comes as part of our long-term strategy to continue to add value and enhance our offering to tenants by creating highly desirable work places for them to thrive as individuals and as a community,” said Mr Juhas.
111 Pacific Highway comprises more than 18,668 square metres of net lettable area with flexible floor plates, adequate onsite parking and a 4.5 Star NABERS Energy rating.
