RESIDENTIAL developer Investa Land has released the next stage of its Brentwood Forest development at Bellbird Park.
The latest land release of 46 lots, Kingfisher, follows the successful launch of 93 blocks in June and July 2015.
Investa Land's Queensland General Manager Bruce Harper said interest in the development continued with mum and dad owner occupiers making up the majority of enquiries in the earlier releases while investors were also attracted to the region's growing infrastructure and connections with neighbouring hubs.
"The last registered land releases in June and July have already resulted in the commencement of home builds and we received a good level of pre-sales enquiry for the Kingfisher land release," Mr Harper said.
Mr Harper said the broader western corridor region around Ipswich was continuing to grow in popularity.
"We're releasing land consistently throughout the year, demonstrating a high demand for quality, family-oriented neighbourhoods conveniently located between Springfield and Ipswich and other major employment centres," Mr Harper said.
"From day one it was important to recognise that, while this part of south-east Queensland is attracting significant population growth, the opportunity for developments like Brentwood Forest was to deliver open, green, and leafy neighbourhoods.
"The latest land release epitomises that with quiet cul-de-sacs and streets fronting open, natural open space.
"The development has 30ha of open space with a series of parks and children's play areas.
The new release features lots overlooking natural open space.
