Sustainability and Wellness

When QV1 was constructed, it was one of Australia's most sustainable buildings. As of May 2023, it is still the only office tower in Perth with a WELL Gold rating. A major investment in plant and equipment has reduced carbon emissions by over 50% and achieved a 5.5 star NABERS Energy rating.
