We are thrilled that Investa managed commercial buildings in the Investa Commercial Property Fund (ICPF) portfolio have received WELL Concept Leadership Awards for Movement, Materials, Community, and Innovation from the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI).
These awards recognise our commitment to creating people-first places, from wellness spaces and end-of-trip facilities to occupant experience initiatives and advancing health and well-being at scale.
More about the WELL Concept Leadership Awards:
- Movement award: The Movement award celebrates our promotion of physical activity through facilities like end-of-trip amenities and wellness spaces, exemplified by The Cove at 201 Kent Street, Sydney.
- Materials award: The Materials award recognises our efforts in promoting healthier materials in tenant fitout guides, and incorporating nature elements in our buildings, such as plants and landscaped areas.
- Community award: The Community award acknowledges our dedication to promoting tenant and planetary health through occupant experience initiatives that focus on mental health and wellbeing (such as World Mental Health Day and R U OK? Day), community engagement (including Wear It Purple Day, NAIDOC Week), sustainability efforts (such as Earth Hour, Sustainability Tenant Committee meetings, National Recycling Week), and our bespoke occupant Insite app. It also extends to ICPF and Investa’s net zero commitments, emissions reduction, and transparent reporting, efficiencies in water and waste reduction and Investa policies around human rights and our Reconciliation Action Plan.
- Innovation award: The Innovation award highlights initiatives that go above and beyond the existing WELL tool, including ICPF and Investa’s net zero commitments, emissions reduction and transparent reporting, and Investa’s online Tenant Sustainability Toolkit.
