Investa receives Silver tier recognition at Australian LGBTQ+ Inclusion Awards

We’re passionate about creating a workplace where everyone can be their true self.  We’ve worked hard to ensure our policies and practices are as inclusive as we are; and we’re delighted that the actions we've taken have led to us being recognised as a Silver Tier (small employer) in this year’s Australian LGBTQ+ Inclusion Awards.

The LGBTQ+ Inclusion Awards acknowledge and celebrate organisations demonstrating foundational and progressive efforts toward making workplaces inclusive for all. Based on the results of the Australian Workplace Equality Index (AWEI) submissions, the awards enable policies and practices to be benchmarked on an annual basis.

We’ve worked with @Pride in Diversity to take steps to advance our LGBTQ+ inclusion work over several years. We were delighted to be recognised in 2022 with the Most Improved Small Employer (under 500 employees) award, and Bronze Tier Status (small employer) in 2023 - one of only 10 small employers to achieve this recognition.
