Investa continues to demonstrate strong ESG performance, outperforming across a range of financial, social and environmental benchmarks. This year we’ve slimmed down our report, condensing the year’s highlights into a single fold out piece made for easy reading on a plane, train and anywhere in between.

2017 was a year of big steps for Investa where we again advanced our market leadership position including setting an industry first net zero carbon target by 2040.

Our accomplishments this year are a clear demonstration of our commitment to continually reset the benchmark in customer service, performance and leadership in the office sector nationally.

The Investa Office 2015 Sustainability Report celebrates a decade of sustainability reporting which includes a 50% reduction in emissions intensity and 44% reduction in water use intensity across Investa assets since our first report in FY2004.

This year Investa’s people have continued to outperform, remaining committed to providing comfortable, healthy office environments to the thousands of Australians who work in our buildings every day.

In a year where Australia experienced the hottest summer on record, Investa has continued to respond to environmental challenges, with innovations in our approach to managing buildings and through our commitment to responsible investing.

The 2011 Sustainability Report is Investa’s tenth published sustainability report, demonstrating Investa’s long track record of environmental performance. This report is shorter than previous reports, reflecting our commitment to focus on the key issues and environmental impacts of our business and to provide more effective and efficient reporting.
