Investa has announced the appointment of Merran Edwards as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO), commencing with the Group on the 1st November.
With extensive experience in senior finance, investment banking and strategy roles in the property and financial services sectors, Ms Edwards brings significant strategic and financial expertise to the role. Ms Edwards is replacing current CFO, Ivan Gorridge, who is leaving Investa after 17 years with the Group.

Ms Edwards was previously at AMP Capital Real Estate (AMP) in the role of CFO, where she was responsible for all finance functions and financial reporting for the Group. Prior to that she was Head of International Strategy at AMP. Ms Edwards has also held senior consulting roles at Fife Capital, Fort Street Advisors and UBS, advising real estate clients on M&A, corporate finance, capital management, equity and debt.
