Lesley Chan Appointed to Chief Legal & Risk Officer

Investa today announced the internal appointment of Lesley Chan to its Executive Committee as Chief Legal & Risk Officer (CLRO). 

Lesley will be responsible for and oversee the legal, governance, risk and compliance functions of Investa.  

Promoted from Senior Legal Counsel, Lesley’s appointment recognises the role she has played in providing strategic, commercial and operational counsel across the business. 

Commenting on the appointment, Peter Menegazzo, Chief Executive Officer, Investa said: “We’re delighted to appoint Lesley to the role of Chief Legal & Risk Officer.  

“She has excellent stakeholder management skills and works collaboratively across the business focusing on achieving commercial outcomes. 

“We look forward to Lesley joining our Executive Committee and continuing her whole of business transformation work.”
