The OIPP portfolio is comprised of over $2.3 billion of investment grade office buildings and receives rental income from a tenant register comprising predominantly government and blue chip tenants. Financial, operational and environmental performance of the assets is maximised via Investa's end-to-end office management platform, strong tenant relationships and specialist, office sector expertise.

OIPP is managed by Investa Listed Funds Management Limited (ILFML), which is the Responsible Entity of OIPP. ILFML is part of Investa Property Group. OIPP is an externally managed Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) and pays a fee to ILFML as manager, to cover all resource and administration expenses.

Nicole Quagliata

OIPP Fund Manager

Nicole Quagliata is the Fund Manager of Oxford Investa Property Partners and is responsible for the driving the performance of the Fund within the Investa business. Nicole has over 15 years of Australian and international property experience, with a strong focus on managing complex investments through business cycles.

Nicole has been with Investa for 6 years, and in her pervious roles was responsible for driving and analysing asset strategies of the IOF portfolio.

This included the successful completion of Barrack Place, major projects including 388 George Street and 347 Kent street refurbishments and acquisitions including 567 Collins Street, 99 Walker Street, 6 O’Connell Street and Piccadilly Complex.

Nicole has a Bachelor of Commerce (Liberal Studies, Economics and Finance) from Sydney University, and is a CFA Charter Holder.
Clifford Leeson
Clifford Leeson

Assistant Fund Manager

Clifford Leeson is the Assistant Fund Manager of Oxford Investa Property Partners (OIPP). He is responsible for driving the performance of the core portfolio of the fund and working closely with Investa’s Portfolio Managers to deliver the strategic asset plans and ensure alignment with the fund strategy.

Clifford has previously held Portfolio and Asset Management roles at Investa and other property companies in Australia and Europe over his 16 years in the property industry. Clifford has successfully instigated and delivered a number of large-scale asset repositioning and leasing strategies, including most recently the delivery of Barrack Place, 100% leased at Practical Completion.

Clifford has recently completed a Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance from Macquarie University and holds a Bachelor of Commerce, Property Economics from University of Western Sydney as well as being a licensed real estate agent.
