How does my workplace become dog friendly?
Contact your office manager to check if your workplace has signed the ‘Dog friendly licence.’ If they have not, then unfortunately we are unable to register your dog.
How do I register my dog to enter the building?

What breeds of dogs are not allowed in the building?
Dangerous breeds are not permitted in the building, including:
- Pit bull
- German Shepherd
- Boxer
- Rottweiler
- Chow
- Doberman Pinscher
- Siberian Husky
- Akita
Is there a dog sanitisation station?
Yes! You’ll find wipes, waste bags, and hand sanitiser available in our lobby to help keep things clean during your dog's visit.
What if my dog causes damage or disturbance?
You are fully responsible for your dog’s behaviour. Excessive barking, biting, or damage may result in your dog losing access to the building.
Owners must ensure they clean up any defecation or urination immediately, without a request to do so.
Are there any areas where dogs are not allowed?
Yes. Dogs are not permitted in the lobby, food service areas, end-of-trip facilities, or other clearly marked zones. Please follow all signage and guidelines.
Are dogs allowed in the lifts?
Dogs are only allowed in our dedicated pet-friendly lifts, Lift E (low rise) and Lift H (high rise). Scanning your building pass will specifically call Lift E or H. Dogs are not permitted in any other lift.
Are there dog-friendly events or perks?
Yes! We occasionally host dog-friendly events and giveaways. Keep an eye on building communications for updates.
