Our locally-based, cross-functional RES teams are not only exceptionally responsive, but also proactive in managing both strategic and day-to-day operations.

Having our own people run asset property and facilities management means we can provide a cohesive service, with high levels of continuity, efficiency and ultimately, service quality.

Key Functions

Oversees implementation of owner strategies and delivery of overall asset performance. Also focused on managing major tenant relationships, leasing strategy and negotiation, implementing capital expenditure plans and meeting compliance and reporting requirements.

Implements asset plans and property budgets, fosters tenant relationships and retention, administers leases, reports on financial and operational targets and coordinates leasing campaigns and lease deal approvals.

Sources and manages external contractors and manages hard and soft building services that enhance building performance and presentation. Responsible for operational budgets and effective life-cycle management to extend the life of plant and equipment.
