David Baffsky was appointed Chairman and Non-Executive Director in July 2011. David holds a law degree from the University of Sydney and was the founder and until 1991, the senior partner of a Sydney legal firm specialising in commercial and fiscal law.
 
David is Honorary Chairman of Accor Asia Pacific, the largest hotel management company in the Asia Pacific region and was Executive Chairman of the group from 1993 to 2008. He is Chairman of the ASX listed Ariadne Australia Limited and on the boards of the Sydney Olympic Park Authority, Destination NSW, the George Institute and the Australian Brandenburg Orchestra.  He was until July 2016, a Director of SATS Limited (Singapore) and Chairman of Food and Allied Support Services Corporation Limited. David is a lifetime member of the Tourism Task Force.
 
Amongst previous roles, David was a Trustee of the Art Gallery of NSW, Chairman of Voyages Indigenous Tourism Limited and a member of the Business Government Advisory Group on National Security.  He was a member of the federal government's Northern Australia Land and Water Taskforce and a Director of the Indigenous Land Corporation.
 
In 2001, David was made an officer in the General Division of the Order of Australia and in 2003 he received the Centenary Medal. In 2004 he was recognised as the Asia Pacific Hotelier of the Year and in 2012 was awarded the Chevalier in the Order of National Légion d'Honneur of France.

Dennis Wildenburg was appointed as a Non-Executive Director in November 2011. Dennis has over 35 years’ experience in the financial services, funds management and property industries. He is currently an Independent Director of Arena REIT Limited and has previously been a Director of MLC Funds Management Limited and an Associate Director of Hill Samuel Australia Limited (now Macquarie Group Limited).
 
Dennis gained his property experience working with the Lendlease Corporation where he was a member of the board that managed the GPT Group. He has also served on the board of Property Funds Australia and the investment committee of the Mirvac PFA Diversified Property Trust.
 
Dennis is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand and is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
 

James Evans was appointed as a Non-Executive Director in November 2011. James has over 40 years of corporate and business experience and his most recent executive role, held from 2003 to 2008, was as Chief Risk Officer, Wealth Management, Commonwealth Bank of Australia. As part of this role James held directorships in the Commonwealth Bank's funds management, general insurance, life insurance and lease financing businesses. James also held a number of other senior executive roles with the Commonwealth Bank in the areas of finance, accounting, business development and strategy.
 
Before joining the Commonwealth Bank in 1996, James was a senior executive with Lendlease Corporation in the Property Investment Services Group, holding directorships of property investment and joint venture companies. Prior to that, James held senior executive positions at GEC Australia and Grace Bros.
 
James is currently the Independent Chairman of Pendal Group Limited, Members Equity Bank Limited, and a director of ICPF Holdings Limited and Investa Wholesale Funds Management Limited and was formerly an Independent Director of Australian Infrastructure Fund Limited, Hastings Funds Management Limited, Macquarie Generation and Chairman of Suncorp Portfolio Services Limited.
 
James is a Chartered Accountant, a Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia and a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors

Rebecca McGrath is an internationally experienced business leader. She is currently a Non-Executive Director with three ASX listed companies: OZ Minerals Ltd (where she is Chairman), Incitec Pivot Ltd, and Goodman Group. She is also Independent Chairman of Scania Australia.
 
Rebecca is active in the not-for-profit sector. She is Chairman of Kilfinan Australia. She is also a member of Chief Executive Women and is an ambassador for the National Association of Women in Operations and the Menzies School of Health Research.
 
Rebecca is a member of the ASIC Director Advisory Panel.
 
Prior to her non-executive career, Rebecca spent 23 years as an executive in the oil industry. She held business line and functional leadership roles with BP in Australasia, Europe and the United Kingdom. Her most recent positions included Executive Director and Vice President - Operations, Australia and Pacific and Chief Financial Officer, Australasia.
 
Rebecca holds the degrees of Bachelor of Town Planning (Hons.) and Master of Applied Science (Project Management). She has attended executive management programmes at Harvard Business School, Cambridge University and MIT in Boston. She is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
