Investa is jointly owned by ICPF investors and Oxford Properties, a leading global property company with more than C$85 billion in assets under management.
Oxford Properties acquired its 50% share in Investa Management Holdings Pty Limited (‘IMH’) in 2020, after acquiring Investa Office Fund (IOF, now IGO) in December 2018. Headquartered in Toronto, Oxford Properties’ portfolio spans four continents – over 100million square feet across office, retail, industrial, hotels and multifamily residential (build to rent) assets. It is owned by OMERS, the defined benefit pension plan for Ontario's municipal employees.
Oxford Properties is committed to expanding its on-the-ground property management capabilities in Australia through this partnership, and provides Investa with the ability to scale and diversify our business and deliver our bold ambition for growth.
