The Assembly
FAQ
What is happening at 126 Phillip Street?
We’re creating The Assembly, a premium arrival and social space for our tenants and guests. Designed by Warren & Mahoney, it will feature sophisticated finishes, flexible third spaces for work and connection, and an elevated food and beverage experience. View the video below to see the vision come to life.
When will The Assembly be ready?
Hoarding is anticipated to be installed in September–October, with works expected to be completed by the end of February. Dates remain indicative and may adjust slightly as the program progresses.
Will there be a new food and beverage offering?
A temporary operator will be in place during works, offering convenient grab-and-go options. The permanent offering will be an elevated food and beverage experience, creating a vibrant hub for meetings, casual catch-ups, and relaxed breaks.
What is happening with the Pocket Park?
The Pocket Park is a separate project still under consideration and may be explored in future precinct enhancements.
How will this affect building access?
While the food and beverage changeover and hoarding installation will change how you move through and use the space, access to the tower and your premises will not be affected. Safe entry will be available at all times, with clear wayfinding to help you navigate any changes.
Will there be any noise or disruption?
Most noisy works will be carried out outside of Building Hours to minimise impact. Any works likely to affect tenants during business hours will be communicated in advance.
How will tenants stay informed?
We’ll provide regular updates via email, digital screens, and on-site signage. Our Management team is always available to answer questions and provide support throughout the transformation.
