Written by Investa | 7 August 2025

This week, the Property Council of Australia’s NSW Mid-Year Office Market Report breakfast brought together leaders from across the property industry to discuss the forces shaping Sydney’s office market.

Dawn Wilson, Investment Manager at Investa, had the honour of delivering the welcome address, setting the tone for a morning of insightful discussion and industry connection.

The expert panel featuring Alec Harper, Head of Australia, Oxford Properties Group; Andrew Roy, Executive Managing Director, CBRE; Ben Burston, Chief Economist, Research & Consulting, Knight Frank; Joanne Gorton, CEO, Deloitte and Matthew Brown, Head of Office, The GPT Group

Key themes included the enduring resilience of the Sydney CBD, the importance of high-quality, well-connected workplaces, and the emerging trends set to shape tenant demand in the months ahead.

Parkline Place: A workplace designed for the future

As part of the event, we were proud to unveil the new Parkline Place video. Rising above Gadigal Station, Parkline Place represents the next generation of Sydney workplaces combining:

  • Unrivalled location and connectivity – seamless links to rail, light rail and bus networks with vibrant retail, parkland and dining at your doorstep.
  • Thoughtful, future-focused design – created in collaboration with world-renowned architects Foster + Partners.
  • A workplace that empowers – light-filled, flexible spaces that support collaboration, productivity and wellbeing.

Parkline Place is more than a Premium office building, it’s a workplace designed to help leaders, thinkers and collaborators aspire to more and achieve it.
