[Icon](https://icon.co/) has reached Practical Completion at [Indi Footscray](https://www.indi.com.au/indi-footscray), marking a major milestone for Investa and its Build to Rent (BTR) platform, [Indi](https://www.indi.com.au/).

Indi Footscray is the third BTR residence under the Indi platform by Investa and [Oxford Properties Group](https://www.oxfordproperties.com/) and will bring 702 purpose-built rental apartments to Melbourne’s inner west. The development comprises three distinctive buildings designed by [SJB](https://sjb.com.au/), contributing a new benchmark for renter focused living in the Footscray community.

The achievement of Practical Completion reflects the strength of collaboration across the project team, including delivery, design and consultant partners.
