At Investa, we take pride in recognising the achievements and aspirations of our people. This year, we are delighted to announce that Callan Salter, Development Manager at Investa, has been awarded the 2025 David Baffsky AO Study Grant.
Since joining Investa over two years ago, Callan has consistently demonstrated exceptional performance, a strong commitment to learning, and a passion for professional growth. These qualities embody the very spirit of the David Baffsky AO Study Grant, which was established to support and inspire ongoing professional development within our team.
With this opportunity, Callan plans to attend the prestigious Oxford Real Estate Programme at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, in 2026. The intensive five‑day program offers a strategic perspective on global real estate markets, covering investment, finance, development, and innovation. Participants gain valuable insights into emerging trends while acquiring practical tools to manage risk and create long‑term value – knowledge that will further strengthen Callan’s expertise and contribution to our business.
Reflecting on the award, Peter Menegazzo, CEO at Investa said: “For those who never had the privilege of meeting David Baffsky, he was a remarkable leader, philanthropist, and a passionate advocate for lifelong learning. He guided Investa through challenging times with resilience and commitment and always had the right words of encouragement for every situation.
“This month marks the third anniversary of his passing. To honour his legacy, we created the David Baffsky AO Study Grant, and this year we are thrilled to recognise Callan as a very worthy recipient. Callan’s dedication to learning and professional growth truly reflects David’s values, and we look forward to seeing the impact of his studies at Oxford.”

The David Baffsky AO Study Grant was created in memory of David Baffsky AO, Investa’s former non‑executive director and Chairman. David was deeply passionate about learning and professional growth, and the grant honours his legacy by supporting one team member each year to pursue a career development opportunity, with funding to the value of $25,000.
