Investa has marked the official opening of 360 Queen Street, Brisbane, a landmark commercial office tower delivered as a joint venture between ICPF and Charter Hall.
Prominently located in the heart of Brisbane’s Golden Triangle, 360 Queen Street is a striking addition to the city skyline, setting a new benchmark for premium office space and bringing fresh energy to the CBD.
The opening was celebrated with the Lord Mayor of Brisbane, Adrian Schrinner, joined by Rebecca McGrath AM FAICD, Chairman of ICPF; David Harrison, Managing Director and Group CEO of Charter Hall; and Jack Hutchinson, Director of Hutchinson Builders, alongside customers and project partners.
Designed by Blight Rayner Architecture and built by Hutchinson Builders, the building was 95 per cent pre-committed at completion and has already welcomed a number of customers, with several others currently progressing their fit-outs – a strong endorsement of the quality and appeal of the development.
Combining modern workplace design with thoughtfully considered amenity – including a multi‑functional business hub to a dedicated wellness zone and a curated retail offering coming soon – 360 Queen Street delivers a Premium‑grade, sustainable workplace that supports performance, wellbeing and long‑term value at the heart of Brisbane’s CBD.
Aligned with Investa’s purpose of welcoming the world to better places, the opening of 360 Queen Street represents a powerful expression of that ambition as we officially open Brisbane’s newest landmark.
