Tuesday 8 March is International Women’s Day, an annual day where people come together across the globe to celebrate to social, economic, cultural and political achievements of women. International Women’s Day is also an opportunity to reflect on gender inequalities and drive change. This year’s International Women’s Day theme is 'Break the Bias'.

Gender Equality at Investa

For the third year running we have been recognised as an Employer of Choice for Gender Equality by the Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WGEA), and we continue to work to create a workplace where everyone feels safe, respected and included.

  • Parental Leave: Our parental leave policy supports women and men as they grow their families, and includes up to 16 weeks paid primary carers leave, 4 weeks’ secondary carers leave, pre-natal leave, paid ‘special pregnancy leave’ to support employees who encounter complications or miscarriage, paid grandparent leave and a range of other benefits. 
  • Family and Domestic Violence: Investa is committed to supporting you if you are experiencing family or domestic violence. Our Family & Domestic Violence Policy provides a comprehensive overview of the support available to you, including; access to paid Family & Domestic Violence Leave, financial assistance, EAP support and counselling and links to a range of resources, information, and support services.
