60 Martin Place continues to take shape in the eastern wing of the Sydney CBD after recently completing a number of milestones. Firstly, we are pleased to announce that leases have been executed with global law firm Norton Rose Fullbright committing to 9,527 square metres in the low rise of the premium office tower. On the ground there has been significant progress with the core at level 12 recently being completed, the structural slab on level 8 has been poured and the overall construction is progressing as per schedule. Other milestones include:
- Core at Level 12;
- Slabs at Level 8;
- Formwork at Level 9; 
- External perimeter safety screens installed; 
- Poduim scaffold complete; 
- Civic Room/Lobby scaffold removed from Level 4 to Level 1 (ongoing) 
- Basement back propping removed; 
- Basement services installation commenced; 
- Concrete pumping station relocation to Phillip Street in progress; 
- Integration works with St Stephens Church commencing July 18; 
- Overhead protection strucutre to St Stephens Church commencing July 18; 
- Facade installation to commence July 18; 

Looking forward to July, it's a busy month for the team as the facade installation and integration works with St. Stephens Church will both commence.
