Investa’s new, single system interfacing app seamlessly integrates building services, operations, amenities and 
content to elevate the way tenants interact with the building, delivering a highly user-centred, occupancy experience.

Investa is the first in the Australian property industry to develop its own app that is completely customised to the needs of its tenants, owners and operations teams. The app integrates the latest base building technology with its management services and leverages more than five years of learnings from its portfolio-wide insite tenant engagement program. 

The base building features are like no other app in the market. In the future Bluetooth access and licence plate recognition functions will also be available to other buildings as they upgrade their facilities. This is only the start, with more enhancements to come.

We recognised the importance and convenience of digital delivery in the ever-evolving working life. More than ever, we acknowledge empowerment through information, learning and selfcare is paramount; and for this reason we created a digital health and wellbeing program. Each week Insite delivers instalments of fitness classes, workshops and articles for you to consume anytime, anywhere.  
Our wellbeing partner, LifestyleLAB continues to produce 30 minute digital classes and workshops hosted by accredited health practitioners and trainers.
