Investa took over management of IOF in July 2011. The FY16 sustainability report provides data over four consecutive reporting periods: the baseline year of FY11, and the subsequent years FY12, FY13, FY14 and FY15.
For consistency and to aid understanding, IOF applies reporting rules to sustainability data. Rules on intensity statistics relate to the reporting of energy, greenhouse emissions, water and waste statistics for IOF’s managed office portfolio. A full explanation of IOF’s approach to reporting data is detailed in the Reporting Rules and an associated schedule of reported assets within each of the annual published reports.
Investa Listed Funds Management Limited (ILFML), the responsible entity of IOF, engages KPMG to provide limited assurance on selected environmental performance data each year. KPMG’s engagement is consistent with the scope of work performed against the IOF data sets in prior periods and is conducted in accordance with the Australian Standard on Assurance Engagements ASAE3000.
