Real Estate Services (RES) provides direct asset, property and facilities management across buildings and tenants, with a strong focus on customer service, tenant retention, leasing strategy and operational and financial performance of the assets.

Dedicated, cross-functional RES teams are based within their local market, enabling optimal responsiveness and proactive management of both strategic and day-to-day operational priorities. Having in-house asset, property and facilities management personnel delivers continuity, alignment and efficiency in service delivery.

Key Functions

Oversees the implementation of owner strategies and the delivery of overall asset performance, with a focus on managing major tenant relationships, leasing strategy and negotiation, implementation of capital expenditure plans, and meeting compliance and reporting requirements.

Implements asset plans and property budgets, fosters tenant relationships and retention, administers leases, reports on financial and operational targets, and co-ordinates leasing campaigns and lease deal approvals.

Sources and manages external contractors and manages hard and soft building services that enhance building performance and presentation. Responsible for maintaining  operational budgets and delivering effective life-cycle management to manage  operating expenses and extend the life of plant and equipment.
