    • ​​Developed by Investa for Oxford Investa Property Partners (OIPP), Barrack Place was awarded Stage 2 Development Approval and Design Excellence from the City of Sydney in 2015, before reaching Practical Completion in 2018. 

    • The PCA’s Innovation & Excellence Awards showcases iconic projects in property development and investment across a broad range of sectors and design disciplines and has been recognising exceptional outcomes since 1982.

    • The project was also announced as the winner of the NSW Development of the Year category in the prestigious Innovation & Excellence Awards in September.

    2019 ULI Awards
    • Winner - the ULI Asia Pacific Awards for Excellence - For Barrack Place at 151 Clarence St, an A-grade commercial development designed by Architectus. The awards took place in Shanghai in June and recognise superior development efforts across the Asia Pacific region in the private, public and non-profit sectors. Projects are reviewed across their full development process, particularly, the architecture and design of the building as well as its community impact, level of innovation and environmental protection and enhancement.

Sixty Martin Place, Sydney

The RICS awards acknowledged our teams’ extraordinary efforts during the COVID-19 pandemic, to ensure the safety of tenants and visitors while also keeping owners and investors informed. As a development, Sixty Martin Place set new standards for sustainability and innovative design. It also celebrates Martin Place’s role as a shared forum for ideas wih two public art pieces by celebrated Chinese-Australian artist Lindy Lee, which were recognised with a PCA award in 2022.
