• The RICS Awards showcase the most inspirational initiatives and developments in land, real estate, construction and infrastructure, recognising outstanding achievement, teamwork and companies.

• Winner - the ULI Asia Pacific Awards for Excellence - For Barrack Place at 151 Clarence St, an A-grade commercial development designed by Architectus. The awards took place in Shanghai in June and recognise superior development efforts across the Asia Pacific region in the private, public and non-profit sectors. Projects are reviewed across their full development process, particularly, the architecture and design of the building as well as its community impact, level of innovation and environmental protection and enhancement. 

PCA Innovation & Excellence Awards

• Finalist - Award for Project Innovation - For Barrack Place at 151 Clarence St in conjunction with Willow. This award recognises innovation that creates significant advancement and improvement within the property industry. The innovation can relate to a product, program, service and/or other initiative. The innovation must be replicable and of broad benefit to the industry and or the community.

• Finalist - Social Change Marketing - For Investa’s Sustainability Tenant Toolkit. This category recognises how marketing concepts, frameworks and techniques developed for commercial marketers are adapted to influence behaviour change at a societal level.

• SILVER- Identity and Branding - For Investa's brand Refresh - This award celebrates creative and innovative design in the traditional or digital visual representation of ideas and messages. • SILVER - Environmental Graphic Design - For Investa's New Workplace @ 420 George Street - This award celebrates creativity and innovation in the intersection of communication design and the built environment with a focus on the visual aspects of wayfinding, communication of brand identity, information design and shaping the idea of place.
