Nestled in a neighbourhood where past and present collide, 347 Kent Street is a living expression of Sydney's vibrant urban culture and a bold statement about times to come.

More than a place to work, it's a place to connect, co-create and be inspired. With a clear purpose defining our direction, and technology powering us forward, we are designing the new norm.

The Building

Conceived by acclaimed architecture firm Woods Bagot, the reinvention of 347 Kent Street is centred on the people who will make this space their own. By redesigning the building to include a soaring new glass-fronted atrium, we have embraced the opportunity to invite the outside in, creating a hive of activity and giving passers-by a glimpse of what lies beyond the facade.

The beginning of a beautiful relationship
The beginning of a beautiful relationship

A far cry from the cold, sparse lobbies of old, 347 Kent Street features a unique ground-floor space, where workplace and local community converge. Blurring boundaries between on and off duty, our atrium is alive with activity and interaction – a natural extension of the office or meeting room. As an initial introduction to the
building, it strikes a balance between contemporary polish and genuine warmth.

Open horizons and mind

With uninterrupted views over Darling Harbour, it's easy to take in the wealth of amenities on 347 Kent Street's doorstep. From Darling Harbour's emerging retail precinct, King Street Wharf and the distinctive form of International Convention Centre, it's all right here - and with rail, ferry and bus links within footsteps, it's easy to get wherever you want to go.

Traffic? What traffic?
Traffic? What traffic?

Situated amid a network of bike paths, 347 Kent Street is ideal for those wanting to cycle to work. At 347 Kent Street, cyclists will have access to secure bike parking, and a fully equipped workbench for any last-minute repairs they may need to make. Beautifully equipped End of Trip Facilities will feature exposed ceilings, sleek contemporary design, secure lockers and a complimentary towel service - making that routine outfit change much more comfortable.

"The vibe here is becoming more similar to Surry Hills or the laneways of Melbourne.
A really nice, relaxed, design-led culture is forming here, which we love."

The Village

Get empowered

Creativity isn't just a feeling, it's place. Here in our thriving city quarter, you can nestle into your new norm, and venture on towards tomorrow.

With its hidden laneways and eclectic architecture, the Kent Street quarter of the city is a unique precinct, bridging the traditional city centre and future-facing developments.

When it comes to style and substance, 347 Kent Street is in good company. Situated in the midst of a rapidly changing neighbourhood, we are surrounded by up-and-coming retail and residential - from Crown Group's stunning Arc tower, to the newly conceived Barrack Place.

"The idea of community is inherent to the ground floor space; hence we give people a variety of environments where people can connect and co-exist. It's about balancing openness and freedom with intimacy and approachability."
