Conceived by acclaimed architecture firm Woods Bagot, the reinvention of 347 Kent Street is centred on the people who will make this space their own. By redesigning the building to include a soaring new glass-fronted atrium, we have embraced the opportunity to invite the outside in, creating a hive of activity and giving passers-by a glimpse of what lies beyond the facade.

A far cry from the cold, sparse lobbies of old, 347 Kent Street features a unique ground-floor space, where workplace and local community converge. Blurring boundaries between on and off duty, our atrium is alive with activity and interaction – a natural extension of the office or meeting room. As an initial introduction to the
building, it strikes a balance between contemporary polish and genuine warmth.
