100% of projects with community consultation plan prepared and implemented. No new site planning with the potential for community consultation conducted during the period.
5% of projects with education materials/training about sustainability (20% by 2007/2008) At C-Air, Hillarys in WA.
35% of dwellings constructed with non-toxic or low toxicity paints on >90% of all painted surfaces, non-toxic or low toxicity floor coverings on >80% of all indoor covered floors and low toxicity sealants and adhesives. Initiatives are underway to address this.
40% of projects with 90% of dwellings within 400m of a bus stop or 800m of a railway station. Public transport access addressed in the planning for sites in Maitland. Requires Council/State Government support for railway access.
