Investa Commercial Property Fund on track to complete successful capital raising

Investa Property Group today announced it would this week close a A$110 million capital raising for its flagship wholesale fund, Investa Commercial Property Fund.
The proceeds will be used to acquire interests in two of Australia’s pre-eminent office buildings -120 Collins Street, Melbourne and 400 George Street Sydney.
