Investa Commercial Property Fund announces 10 year note placement

Investa Wholesale Funds Management Limited (Investa), as responsible entity for Investa Commercial Property Fund (ICPF) (A-/Stable/–) today announced the issue of a 10 year, A$30 million medium term note (MTN) issue, with a coupon of 6.00% and a maturity of June 2022. The notes, rated ‘A’ by Standard & Poors (S&P) had a margin 220 bps above the 10 year swap rate and are secured over a pool of 12 office properties.
