Register For Updates Back Investa Enhanced Fund (IEF)
IEF is Investa Property Group’s first core-plus style fund and was launched in June 2006. Tailored for institutional investors, IEF was established to generate enhanced returns from a range of value-add property investments over a 10 year period.
IEF has interests in a diversified portfolio of properties, including a quality pool of income-producing and development assets. Through these properties, the Fund is able to leverage Investa’s strong in-house expertise in both the management of commercial assets, and in large scale industrial and residential land developments. All of the Fund’s properties are managed internally, and the Fund co-invests with Investa’s residential and industrial land development business – Investa Land.
The Fund offers broad geographic and sector diversification, with exposure to key forecast growth markets on the eastern seaboard. IEF is closed for investment.
Commercial office building assets in this portfolio are managed under the Investa operational management platform to deliver improved environmental performance of buildings to enhance returns.
IEF has interests in two large-scale residential developments on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland. As a responsible developer, Investa’s sustainability strategy for land development delivers better value to investors by creating more attractive and more livable communities for land purchasers.
Investa Wholesale Funds Management Limited (IWFML) is the responsible entity for IEF and ICPF and operates under the Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL) 401858. Investa is committed to an enhanced governance framework that provides unitholders with a high level of transparency and oversight. Key to the governance framework includes maintaining a Board with a majority of independent directors including an independent chairman.
Further information on the IWFML Board members can be found here.
