Chris Plant

Chris is the National Acquisitions Manager for Investa Land with responsibility for acquisition of development projects for residential, commercial, and industrial projects for Investa nationally.

Having joined Investa in 2007 Chris has over ten years experience in the development industry, and over 20 years in the property industry including ten as a practicing valuer.  Prior to working at Investa Chris held state and national acquisition roles with Stockland and Dennis Family Corporation, and valuation roles with Jones Lang LaSalle and Fitzroys in Melbourne.

Chris is committed to industry participation, he is Immediate Past President of API (Vic) having served a two year term as President 2008 – 2009, is current Senior Vice President API (National), Chair of the API National Finance Board, was a foundation member of the PCA (Vic) Residential Development Committee, serving since it’s inception in 2003 through to 2011, and is currently a member of the PCA (Vic) Planning & Infrastructure Committee.

Chris holds a Bachelor of Business (Property) from RMIT, is a Certified Practising Valuer, and a Fellow of the Australian Property Institute (API).
